The USO Warrior and Family Center at Fort Belvoir officially opened Feb. 5. Participating in the ceremony are: Lt. Gen. William Troy, Kuwaiti ambassador Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Elaine Rogers, Col. Gregory Gadson, Sloan Gibson, Wes Bush, Ed Reilly and Gen. Frank Grass.
