Jeff Lisanick first came to Rising Hope about 9 years ago after being released from 20 years in prison. Today he is the coordinator for Residential Services for New Hope Housing, serves on the governing board of Fairfax County’s Office to Prevent and End Homelessness, and is a member of the Community Services Board.
